MID Certifying Multi-Jet Water Meter
(Class B, Class C, R80, R100, R125, R160)
Production Introduction:
LXSG-E (Dn15mm to 65mm), a series of cold dry type mechanical multi-jet water meter that can be equipped with a reed switch output. They are available in a range of body sizes from 15mm to 65mm. Now, we are applying for MID certification for this series of water meters.
Working Principle:
When water flows through the multi-jet water meter, the impeller rotates. The speed of the impeller is proportional to the water flow. The number of impeller rotations is proportional to the total amount of water passing through the rotor multi-jet water meter. The indicator device accumulates the impeller The total number of rotations obtains the total amount of water flowing through the multi-jet water meter, which is displayed on the dial of the water meter in cubic meters (m3).

Installation requirements:
*The meter should be installed in horizontal position with the direction of the flow as indicated by the arrow cast in the meter body with the register face upwards.
*Pipeline must be flushed before installation.
*The meter should be constantly full of water during operation.
Maximum Permissible Error:
In the lower zone from Qmin(Q1) inclusive up to but excluding Qt (Q2) is ±5%.
In the upper zone from Qt(Q2) inclusive up to and including Qmax(Q4) is ±2%(cold water meter).
In the upper zone from Qt(Q2) inclusive up to and including Qmax (Q4) is ±3% (hot water meter).

Each water meter has one set couplings optional: 2pcs couplings, 2pcs nut and 2pcs gasket
